What should we include in the request?+
Start with the basics: who you are, what the company needs help with most, how urgent it is, and what feels unstable, overdue, unclear, or stuck in limbo. You do not need a formal requirements document.
Do we need to know the exact solution already?+
No. It is enough to describe the current issues, risks, or stalled work. The goal of the first pass is to map the right next step, not force a fully scoped solution before review.
How is team size used?+
Team size helps us understand users, locations, and support complexity. It is optional and is not an automatic eligibility cutoff; include larger teams when relevant.
What happens after we submit?+
Our team reviews the context you provide and follows up about a useful next step. Detailed technical discovery, a delivered roadmap, and implementation are separate scoped engagements.
